Implementation of new investing product CO2 Emissions Trading
The project focuses on the successful implementation of a new investment product, "Carbon Emissions Trading," at BNP Paribas. Our main objective is to enable clients to actively participate in the global CO2 emissions trading market, fostering their engagement in climate change mitigation. Our dedicated project team oversees the entire lifecycle, from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we identify business requirements and functional specifications for the trading platform. The implementation phase entails selecting and customizing a suitable vendor solution, followed by rigorous testing and smooth deployment.
As the Project Coordinator, I oversaw the procurement process, which involved soliciting proposals and analyzing requirements.I organized the project work by delegating tasks to team members, ensuring that project activities were completed within the designated timeline and budget. The project work was carried out using the Scrum and Agile methodologies, which involved regular sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure that the project was progressing according to plan. I collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and track progress against project milestones. Additionally, I was involved in legal and tax counsel.
Project Regulatory Reporting EMIR/REFIT
Realization of the project to acquire and implement an EMIR REFiT regulatory reporting application
The project aimed to address the compliance requirements of the EMIR REFiT regulatory framework by acquiring and implementing a regulatory reporting application. The project team was responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment. The project involved collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and functional specifications for the application. The implementation phase of the project involved the selection and customization of a suitable vendor solution, followed by the configuration, testing, and deployment of the application. Finally, the project team provided training and support to ensure successful adoption and ongoing compliance with the EMIR Refit regulations.
